Luther Clarence Kissam Jr. of Orangeburg. Miss Goodman was graduated from the University of South Carolina and is employed by Merck Sharp and Dohme Pharmaceuticals in Savannah. Kissam was graduated from The Citadel and from the University of South Carolina School of Law. He is employed by the law firm of Nexsen, Pruet, Jacobs and Pollard in Columbia.

The wedding is planned for Nov. 11 at Summerall Chapel at The Citadel in Charleston. John Francis Goodman and Sheila Ann Goodman of Charleston announce the engagement of their daughter, Lynne Maria of Savannah, to Luther Clarence Kissam IV of Columbia, son of Mr. and Mrs. Luther Clarence Kissam III of Cameron.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Mrs. Stan Stone of Kenilworth, England, and the late Mr. Stone; and Mrs. Reginald Goodman of Worthing, England, and the late Mr. Goodwan.

The bridegroom-elect is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. grandson of Mrs. Bobbie Jean Barber of Cope and the late Sylvester Ulmer; Gladys Healy of Vicksburg, and the late James Edward Healy. Miss Foxworth is attending Edisto High School in Cordova.

Ulmer was graduated from Warren Central High School in Vicksburg in 1984 and is employed by Ulmer's 66 of Norway. The wedding is planned for Sept. 6 at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Bennie Ulmer Sr.

William St. Clair Foxworth of Orangeburg announces the engagement of his daugther, Janice V. of Cope, to Ronnie L. Ulmer Jr. of Cope, son of Mr.

and Mrs. Ronnie L. Ulmer Sr. of Cope and Sharon Jones of Port Gibson, Miss. The bride-elect is also the daughter of the late Linda Carol Baker of Cordova.

She is the granddaughter of Vernell Jackson of Cope and the late Clarence Jackson; and Mr. and Mrs. Roy Foxworth of Cordova.
